On the big day:
Event Coordination 10 hours
- Your planner will arrive on site 3 hours before you walk down the aisle to set up decor and make sure everything is perfectly in place before the first guests arrives.
- Facilitation of wedding processional and recessional – we'll cue the music and fluff your dress!
- Liaison for all vendors and key contact for the venue – making sure everyone is kept on the perfect schedule from champagne toast to speeches, we don't let anyone miss a beat!
- On site from before you say 'I do' until you hit the dance floor for your first dance as Man & Wife! We'll pack away what we can and what is no longer in use so that everything is in tip top shape before we leave.
- Wedding emergency aversion kit on hand at all times.
- Turn up, say I do, drink, dance, and we will do the rest
- 1 principal planner onsite for 10 hours
