Before the big day:


  • 10 hours of meetings and consultations as needed from the time of booking 
  • Unlimited email and phone correspondence from day of booking
  • Immediate access to your custom "Wedding Planning Portfolio" to keep your planning organized, efficient and on time!
  • Access to all Blue Violet Events timelines, checklists, and expert planning guides!
  • Budget creations & management
  • Key contact for sourcing and booking all vendors
  • Contract management, scheduling logistics and organizing payment plants with all vendors
  • Venue selection for ceremony, reception & accommodation for the wedding night
  • Advice for obtaining marriage license and other legal documents required (special events license, permits, etc)
  • Recommendations for bachelor and bachelorette parties, if needed
  • Recommendations for the rehearsal dinner/welcome party
  • Advice on writing and/or selecting appropriate vows
  • Reviewing the style of ceremony you wish the officiant to administer
  • Anything else you need support with throughout your wedding planning experience

On the big day:

Event Coordination (12+ hours)

  • Morning check-in with the bride and groom to ensure all is going to plan! 
  • Running of personal errands–i.e. we come with coffee! ;)
  • Arrival on site at time of access to begin set up with the ceremony and reception
  • Set up of all wedding accessories and decor with the finest attention to detail
  • Inspection and confirmation of venue layout, decor set-up, and precision of details throughout the venue
  • Directing ceremony processional and recessional–we'll cue the bridesmaids and fluff your dress!
  • Communicating with catering team to coordinate champagne toast and service during cocktail reception & dinner
  • Liaison for all vendors throughout the day and key contact for the venue–making sure everyone and everything is kept on perfect schedule
  • Ensure place cards, place. settings, flowers, favours, chairs and custom details are perfectly oriented for the dinner reception
  • Cue the emcee, DJ, catering team and speeches throughout the reception
  • Supervise all activities from nuptials until reception completion
  • Tear down and clean up of venue
  • Emergency and disaster aversion (should have a vase break... we'll take care of it!)
  • 1 principle planner & stylist on site from start to finish + 1 associate to help with set up/tear down & guest management

Investment: Starting at $10,450 + GST

* An additional stylist may be required to assist with large floral installs. An additional design fee may be required to support full creation & ordering of your signage and stationary suite. The cost of florals and decor will be a separate quote with our floral team based on a consultation to discuss your floral vision and needs
